Thank you so much Jim, Steve, Nick and Regina. You made the repair process and dealing with the insurance company easy. My condo had water damage and mold from two incidents, they cleaned up and repaired all the issues from ceiling lights, ceiling fans, cabinets, hot water heater, flooring and replacing dry walls. They were very meticulous with the painting and the clean up. Highly recommended, great group of people.

Steve and his team did an amazing job for my condo, after on Christmas Eve my neighbor above me had bursted water pipes. Left my place a horrible mess for Christmas Day! Steve went above the call of duty , was very thorough and professional. Would recommend him 100%. He even brought fresh eggs from his farm! 🐣👏

I contacted Jim due to the unfortunate situation of requiring a significant amount of mold remediation under my crawlspace. I also needed insulation and moisture barrier torn out and replaced. Jim was responsive, helpful, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. He and Nick worked hard and went above and beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

There are not words to express how truly pleased I am with the work done by Jim, Steve, Nick, and Regina, but I will do my best. I had black mold growing in some of my kitchen cabinets only during the summer months with no apparent water source. My insurance company was going to cover total replacement of a couple of cabinets and allowed me to choose my own contractor. I initially called ServPro, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I was charged a $250 fee for them to come out to quote the job. Well, their communication is seriously lacking, because I was then told that I would have to pay an additional $450 for ANOTHER person to come out to quote the reinstallation of the cabinets. Apparently, the first quote was only for demolition and mitigation of the mold. Needless to say, I got my money back and severed contact. I called Jim Moulton with PuroClean. He was able to come out quickly and free of charge. He thoroughly inspected my kitchen and after reviewing the report from my insurance company, noticed several missing components. He had worked with my agent in the past and proceeded to work directly with him again to get everything straightened out. Once the job started and they realized that more cabinets and drywall needed replacing, they again worked directly with my insurance to get everything approved. The only time I had to talk to my agent through this entire process was to e-sign a document over the phone. I was absolutely dreading this experience, and they made it so easy!! Jim, Steve, Nick, and Regina were extremely professional, accommodating, kind, and truly some of the sweetest people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed!!!

If I could give zero stars, i would. We used PuroClean of Anderson in February of 2020 for mold remediation. This was the biggest waste of money spent, during a time of extreme need for mold remediation. Jim Mouldin is a complete scam artist. He did not do any of the work promised. We were referred to this company by a reputable maintenance director, and I can assure you, he or myself will never recommend PuroClean of Anderson again. Jim talks a good talk, but cannot back it up with his work. PLEASE use a different company if you want true remediation to be done. A mold bomb can be purchased on Amazon for 1300.00 less than we spent. Unfortunately, the mold bomb was the only promised service we received. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not help you with mold remediation.
